I hope everyone is having an awesome summer. The development of the co-operative business-wise is going *quite* well.
How would you all like to build the account?
There is the deposit, of course, but what about the rest? Would people be willing to hand me a check to deposit (of the remaining amount) when you move in? (However, how will this effect the people who come early (August 11th) who need to have the funds in the account so they can organize the house before school?)
