What chores need to be covered?
*Dishes, dusting, garden
How will chores be allocated? Monthly? Semester? Trading is allowed? Do people who live outside the house but are in the house cooperative do chores?
When are House Meetings? What DAY + TIME?
Punishment for failure to do chores? How so?
Also, we need a Housing Liason to meet monthly with Julia to update her on the progress of the house. Volunteers?
Keep in mind the cooperative values when thinking about these and all house decisions.
